I shipped a box to Shades of Green today via UPS

It was something I learned from these boards. I didn't want to have to check any luggage so I packed some clothes, pair of sneakers, etc., in a 14x14x14 box. It cost $14 one way and will be there this Friday. I'm also bringing a small carry-on to hold my laptop, some clothes and some toiletries. I plan to pack any souvenirs I purchase at WDW, in my carry-on instead of mailing them back home.

If you are flying, check on the TSA website about your toiletries. You are limited to the amount of liquids and gels you can carry on board.

PLease let us know how this turns out when you get to the resort. I am interested in doing the same with a plug in cooler (even though I know they have fridges).

Did it work? When you arrived was your package at SOG? I might have to give this a try when I go next year.

We ship boxes to our resorts all the time and they are always there waiting for us. I usually ship the toiletries and stuff like that. My shoes, pocket books and camera go in the carry on with me. We also bring our lap top and whichever hand held game our DS decides to bring for the plane ride. We plan on shipping again in April and we usually us FedEx. Never use USPS.
