I sent/received my pen exchange

I sent my two out this morning.

I've still gotta get mine organised................(how to send them).

Can I ask you guys, did you just pop them in an envelope or did you wrap them in bubble wrap, or what??

I'm trying to figure out how best to send mine.

How big an envelope and how much to mail? I've got my two going out tomorrow morning. Both heading north.

I used a fairly large envelope (the pens are long )......but whatever the pen will fit in will work.

Postage was VERY little (compared to some of these exchanges ), even for the overseas one.

Why I was wondering was because I had visions of the pens being lost & envelopes busting open.

With having an ex Aussie Post worker in the house & haveing had seen what goes on behind the scenes, I was kinda worried about mine getting to their destination safely.

I'll get mine out this week, after the kids are back at school

I sent all four of my exchanges last week. Sone and over with. 2 were sent from my dgrdd's so they will be excited when they receive their exchanges. I sent all of the out in bubble envelopes.

You were right Liz!! It came today!! Thank you! Neat stuff! Liz sent me 2 snowman votive holders and snuffer, an yummy smelling candle and AN ASTRO PEN!!! My girls will be fighting me for that one!
