We'll see. I've never done this before, I guess I should be nervous, but I'm not.
But then I'm not usually nervous before something happens, my reaction tends to hit afterwards.

Good luck. Don't let the butterflies in your tummy bother you (they tend to start flying while you're waiting for important things, don't they). Let us know how it goes.

You may think that you are alone in the office with your attorney but we are all right there with you, hugging your soul.

If you are uncomfortable with something, tell him and hold off a bit. I would assume, however, that he will be appropriate in his recommendations.

Even if something seems a bit extreme, I would follow his advice. Until now, your "h" has been cooperative. You really don't know what to expect whe he realized that you have taken the initiative so see an attorney. If he asks you why, when he has been trying soooo hard to make his version of his new life work, then simply respond a non-threatening comment right back. A simple shrug of the shoulders and a "just checking it all out" answer will do. If he gets really irate, then he may have more to hide or he may realize that he is losing his own game. Don't want to make him into a bad guy but you are certainly open & honest, something that he has not always been.
