I do have tons!!!Keep those pictures coming![]()
I really enjoyed CM!!! the only problem we had was when our buzzer was broken, we did have to keep asking for refills, but I think we didn't really pay attention b/c it was our first day at disney!!! We were consumed with the magic lolGreat update. We will not be eating at CM in September because of how bad the service was this past trip
.
We had a blast!!!Sounds like you are having a good time. Great report.
Paula Dean's was really good!!! I think the next time we will get something off the menu vs. the buffet. The bridge was near savannah or just into FL I think, I can't remember exactly. I thought it was pretty. Mom was was freaking out however!!!Oh my goodness! Paula Deen is the bomb! I would have love to have eaten there. Where was that bridge at? I agree with racefanof88, I don't think I would have liked going over that bridge. Looking forward to reading more.
It's ok, Dad, DH, and I all got a HUGE laugh out of it. Mom is so prim and proper, so for her to get wet was VERY funny!!!Holy Smokes! When you provide an update, you provide an update.:thumbsup
I know I am not supposed to laugh about your mother getting wet on Splash Mountain but I did giggle about it. Actually, I giggled a lot.
The pictures you took while on the riverboat are fantastic. That's one of the only reason we take the riverboat. Oh, and to get a place to rest our tootsies.
In all of the years that we have been going to WDW, I have never gotten a Dole Whip. I know. I know. What's up with that? I keep seeing everybody posting pictures of one and now it's on our "must get" list.
I really wish you could have gotten a picture of the lady sitting on your Dad's lap. How cute would that have been!
Thanks Leanne!!! HDDR was honestly the BEST show I've been to at disney!! Your girls would LOVE it I'm sure!!!Great update Leanne! We'll have to try HDDR. I also love the new siggie. Too cute!
Enjoying your TR so far !What a great parade spot you had on Main St, you got good pictures, I was excited to see them I hadn't seen any of that parade. If it had been me I'd have gone and gotten ice cream while the family held my spot, but I'm just bossy that way,At least you got Dole Whip afterwards.I suspect that the speed boat you saw on your way in was castmembers, doing......something.... I'm not sure what, but I looked here:http://allears.net/btp/beyond.htm
to see if I could figure out if it was a fishing excursiuon, but it dosen't look like they still do them on that lake. I think they still do parasailing there though, that would be fun. My favorite boat is the Breathless over at Yacht Club, it's an Illuminations cruise, and they take you down the canal toward DHS first then by Boardwalk before they get to the spot where you watch Illuminations. The island you passed on the way to FW was originally called Treasure Island then Discovery Island. It was a nice oasis of walking paths, a little beach and it was an animal sanctuary. I remember seeing a bird show there back in the 70s. You can read about it here:http://allears.net/tp/di.htmno pictures though I was hoping to find some.
Bet my Mom had some old 8mm movies of it, you're way too young to know what those are, remembering Treasure Island makes me feel old.
Keep up the great job
Lynn
I absolutely love your pictures. They remind me of my first trip to Disney for some reason. I have got to call my ex-husband and see if he still has the pictures and see if I can get a copy of them. It looks like y'all are having so much fun!!
OH BTW, your niece is beautiful.
