I saw the 75 Mickey Statues truck!!!

I was driving down the road (Rt 100 near Hanover, MD) and saw a truck with several paintings of the statues on the side, saying I'm Carrying Mickey (or something to that affect). I wish I'd have my camera, or could have followed the guy to see where he was taking them. It was so neat!!!!

I saw them in December in WDW..and I made sure I got a picture of each and every one!

I wonder how much they will eventually auction off for.

The Mickey Statues are all in Kansas City, Missouri right now (throughout the Country Club Plaza shopping area).
They are part of a Walt Disney commemoration.
KC is where Walt first attempted "professional" animation and film production. And of course its where, as one story goes, he befriended a little mouse in his studio desk (the mouse was as destitute as Walt was at that time.)
Both went on to somewhat greater fame in later times!

We have 15 of the Mickey Statues here in MN right now( they just got here on tuesday and they will be here until October 21)! I was able to go see them on sunday and I took pictures of all of them! They are so cool looking!

They were all at WDW when we were there in December. All of them were awesomely designed. Lucky to all of you who have them in your towns now!

Based on that tour schedule, why would I have seen them in Maryland less than a week ago?? Weird!!!

We saw 15 of them at Underground Atlanta Memorial Day weekend. Not sure why you saw them in MD, though~maybe they were taking the "scenic route" to their next touring spot?!

I believe there are only 15 of them here (in the Country Club Plaza), not all 75. They will be here for here for a while, I believe until October sometime if my memory serves me correctly.
