I saw Donny on Wednesday

I went to see the Donny Osmond concert on Wednesday at Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario. It was absolutely amazing and he was wonderful. I have been a Donny fan since birth (well at least it feels that way anyway!). The second place I go each day after the DIS is Donny.com and I was able to get 2 free tickets to the concert from a fellow .commer. The community there is as great as it is here. I couldn't get over that a total stranger would give away tickets to other total strangers who happen to love Donny as much as they do!! We had a wonderful time listening to all the oldies and lots of new stuff too. I think I got some great pictures, but I haven't finished the roll yet and can't wait to develop them. Anyway, I just had to share!

I saw him in Louisville a couple of years ago with Jim Brickman at his Christmas concert. He was wonderful and so gorgeous. He has a beautiful voice too! I would love to see him again! Is he going to be on tour in U.S.?

Kylesmom, unfortunately as far as I'm aware this was the only North American tour date, but he's heading over to the UK very shortly and touring there. I believe he was asked if their would be any further North American dates, but the details are still being worked out. The new CD should be out in August, I think.

I had the pleasure of meeting Donny a couple of years ago. I work at a TV station and we had picked up "Pyramid". When we had our fall premiere party Donny came and hosted a game of Pyramid with our news anchors and local advertising agency buyers at the party. Then he mingled and did photos with all our clients. He was warm, gracious and charming.....not to mention CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! If I only knew how, I'd post the photo of us.

A few years back over Easter Break, Donny & family were staying at Coronado Springs same time we were. I did not see him, but some Dis people did & posted about it here!

I remember staring for hours at Donny in his American flag bellbottoms on his album cover.

So glad to hear he was great. I saw him in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" several years ago in Toronto. Awesome.
