I saw a pair of Crocs in the hospital.

Everyone on these boards is always saying that TONS of doctors and nurses wear them, so I'm always pointing out that they don't, I've never seen a pair.

Wouldn't you know that today a circulating OR nurse shows up in a pair of hideous day-glo pink rubber shoes with little holes in them! So I finally saw ONE pair.

I asked her if they were more comfortable and she said No, she just liked the color.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess!

haha My DS just spent 2 weeks in the hospital and all the nurses could talk about were my patent leather Dansko's. Shoe of choice in that hosptal and my 2 pairs saved me those 2 weeks sooo comfy.

OK, my non-fashionistaness is whomping me again. What are Dansko's? Are they the black cloggy things the paramedics wear?

Our hospitals are mostly tennis shoes. The Reebok Princess is the most-worn, but we see all kinds.

Yeah cloggy with backs. I have tan suede and the patent leather. I just bought them for comfort and they are actually great in light snow.
