I really wanted to like CBR...

We were in Trinidad North too! Maybe we were neighbors! :santa:

We were in Trinidad North too! Maybe we were neighbors! :santa:

I just saw one of your posts on a thread I also posted on about weather, crowds, etc.! We were there from Wed. the 12th thru Sun. the 16th. We may have been neighbors - our room was 3209! If you saw a woman using a rollator (sp) that was us - my husband and I, my son and my parents! We had a great time, but it was interesting traveling with my parents! I hadn't been on a vacation with them since I was pregnant with the son who was with us and he is 25. We have different ways of touring WDW, but the memories I will have of going with them at Christmas will be something I will always treasure.

Oooh! So many DIS neighbors in Trinidad North! We were in room 3143 from 12/10 - 12/16!!

Our mousekeeper would always neatly arrange all my junk on the vanity! They put a white towel down and arranged everything so neatly it was fantastic! We also had 2 towel animals during our stay. We had so many extra towels and they always tucked my slippers neatly into the nightstand shelf.

A lapse in the quality of housekeeping can happen anywhere. During our last stay at the Poly, the "B" team took over for two days and the difference was incredable. I think the "B" team came into our room, took a look around, tossed in some towels, and left. Tipping gets confusing at this point...

On our recent trip 11/30 - 12/08 we were in Jamaica and our room looked very nice each day when we returned. We received towel animals 2 days. One day they did forget to wipe out the tub and leave a trash bag in the bathroom. I figured they got sidetracked. No big deal.

I loved the look of the resort, coming from Ohio we really love the "tropical" feel on vacation.

We did have a few issues with the busses. Mainly to the parks, one day 4 buses came and went to MK before a bus arrived for MGM, our park of the day. Usually the bus service was fine. It became a joke that after leaving the park just go to the farthest bus stop and it will be CBR's. A few nights my DH nearly broke his back carrying DD to the bus stops:rotfl:

We will be back if I can't swing the Poly (my fav)

Ok, count me in as another North Trinidad guest we were in room 3334 and had a Merry Christmas hanging on our door!!!!
