You mean THE Spirit from the movie horse? Sorry, I have no idea then. I don't even remember there being Spirit underwear when the movie was out. Have you googled them? We got my daughter the movie when she made it through potty training. She was very much in love with the movie and into horses. Good luck finding them.

I would try ebay -- or maybe Google something about the Saddle Club -- I think when my DD was in her Spirit phase ebay had some -- but The Saddle Club is really big right now and you might find something that way. - It might have to come from overseas they originated in Australia.
