I am so sorry. Your heart is hurting badly right now and it will take time to heal - allow yourself this time to grieve for your dearly loved friend. My canine pal died at age 13 many years ago and it hurt like hell so I know what you're going through. Just focus on the love you gave your pal and the happy home she had through her life and that will help a bit. She's at peace.

I am so sorry about your loss. I have a pug, she's so important to our family, she's 5, the kids fight over who she will sleep with at night. Before having an "in the house dog" I would never have imagined the attatchment you feel toward them. She's a pig, eats all she can, one night we lost her, I was up so late looking for my baby, scared to think the worst, but afraid she was gone. I understand a little bit about how you feel. I'm so sorry! Just wanted to try to console you, I know they can be almost like another kid. Sorry again
