I really like Island Air....so far.

DS 21 has decided that he is going to Hawaii with us this summer, which I am very happy about. He deposited whatever miles he had in his Delta Sky miles account and I was able to get a Sky Choice ticket on our flights. I am now trying to get to United award tickets on Aloha, and I am half way there. I will know tomorrow. I did need to purchase one flight from Kauai to Maui for everyone and had purchased 5 tickets on Island Air because they had a sale. Yesterday I went on line, I checked and double checked the itinerary, I clearly remember putting his name on the ticket before I hit submit but I must have missed something. Today, being snowed in, I decided I would organize all the info on a spread sheet, even though we aren't going until August. I opened the Island Air email and lo and behold, I have found that I bought myself another ticket on Island Air and none for Matt!. I had that sinking feeling that I really blew it! I called Island Air and explained the situation. She promptly fixed it so, A BIG MAHALO TO ISLAND AIR!
