No job is worth your helth. Looks like you made the right decison for you. Good luck with your job search. :D

A bad office environment is a terrible thing. Good for you! I bet it feels like a weight is off of your shoulders!

Good luck with your job search!

Well, if you were miserable then good for you for quitting. We'll still be seeing you at DISCON, though, right?

After speaking to my supervisor on the phone for one hour and tell him everything that has been going on for months ans specially today , he was stunned, what broke the cammels back today was that the manager wrote me up for not calling in sick myself and finding my own coverage ( there were 5 other people working that day ) but the worse thing was when I was told that they would not release my paycheck to me unless I signed the slip they wrote me up, the supervisor is pissed...they took all of that upon themselves without knowing him knowing, now they will have to answer some questions , and he also said the slip will be ripped and thrown out infront of me. He's also aware that they may retaliate against me and he knows at this point I don't care if I lose my job but I will speak out, while many of my co-workers won't because they don't want to loose their job, I only work part-time, I can find another job in a heartbeat.

:earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

They finally pushed you too far! Hope you can find a job that isn't as stressful.

I feel like you did the right thing. Happy job hunting!!

I would love to quit my job, but the only other job I could find I would be saying "would you like fries with that Big Mac"

I once had a job I hated, and it's not so long ago that I have forgotten the hell that it was. {{{HUGS}}} and the best to you. :)

LOL Jason!! ;)

Well Olga, it sounds like they tried to put the screws to you for sure!!

If the supervisor can't make it right, I'd say walking away was the best thing to do. . good luck with it my friend! :)

So sorry it had to come to that. My thoughts are with you. Hope you find a better job with better pay and a better working environment.

So sorry to hear that the job has come to this. Sometimes this is the best alternative though. Good luck finding a new job where you can be at peace and not feel so much pressure.
