I Promised DH

Disney Addiction can be difficult when your DH is not addicted.

Sounds like some solo trips (or at least hubby-free) are in your future! DH and DS were sending me on quick jaunts to Disneyland semi-regularly a couple years ago. Then they FINALLY got into the addiction and haven't sent me away since.



I think it's obnoxious that your husband had you promise this. I never would have gone along with it!

My DH had had enough, too. So, I talked him into letting me go solo. It took him a bit to warm up to the idea (why would you want to go on vacation with me?), but he came around the first time and was okay with it. Now, he travels with friends as much as I travel solo (or sometimes with Mom, now that she's retired). Aug 19 will be my 5th trip this calendar year. 3x solo, 1 with Mom.

Next one is a combo of solo and meeting a friend from work and her family (see my trip report in my siggy) and I want to get down for F&W Fest (probably just a long weekend) and definitely for XMas w/Mom.

If you can swing a solo trip, would that be something you'd be willing to do? Just a thought...
