I-Phone-Sim Card-Florida?

Anyone know..DD has an I-Phone w/Bell. Can she use a Sim Card in it in Florida? She will be working at WDW for 1 year and lovesss her phone! Really don't want to have to get another one there..not being able to commit to a lengthy plan!
