I paid my 500$ for SSR now what :)

Will they run an approval before I receive my paperwork? Will it go to underwriting before I get the packet? Or do they have you sign the paperwork and send it back before it goes to underwriting for approval. I paid our 500$ on Friday please tell me what to expect next? Thanks!

Congrats!!! You will get a package with the promissory note and credit application (if applicable) and a bunch of other stuff like a temporary membership card (Woo Hoo) and some instructions on how to proceed. They will give you a number for Quality Control in the package and they are very helpful with any questions that you may have on how to get all the paperwork filled out. It was alot easier than I thought it would be.
