I Pad, Overdrive App help needed

so I was so excited to get an I-Pad and download the Overdrive App so I can start borrowing e books from the library. I think I have everything set up correctly, but when I'm at the library website and I have the ebooks in my cart I hit the download button that takes me to Overdrive and it says "title added" but I don't see the title anywhere. The main screen says my library is emptyl. I've tried several books but I can't find them. I do have Adobe certificate. What am I doing wrong?
