I Need Your Help! Chef Mickey's Village Restaurant

Hi Everyone!

So yesterday I went out thrifting and to numerous garage sales because I love getting a bargain on anything Disney related. Well I found something I have never seen before in a frame, and it was a picture of Mickey with a mixing bowl, in front of a window with Cinderella's castle and the Epcot's Spaceship Earth in the background. Then on the bottom it said, "Chef Mickey's Village Restaurant"

I quickly looked it up on google to find very little information about this place at all, other than it closed in 1995, and is now where Rainforest Cafe currently stands. I realized that what I was holding in my hand was possibly a framed menu from when the restaurant existed. So I am here to ask if anyone remembers this restaurant, and if so, maybe what the menu looked like?

I have tried to look for it online but I can barely find any information about this place, let alone a picture of a menu. I am currently not home, but will post a picture later in case that may help you. Unfortunately, whomever got this framed, had the back of what I think is the menu, glued to a piece of foam board. So I cannot see if it actually is the menu or not.

EDIT: I found a cookbook that looks similar to what I have, expect I have a green checkered pattern.

I remember it. It was in DTD back when it was the Disney Village Marketplace. And it was good.

I remember it too. DTD was way smaller then, only what is now the Marketplace. It was great fun

It used to be a special dining experience. Table served, non buffet. It has since become the mess it is at the Contemporary.

We dined there way back in 1982. I don't recall much except that we enjoyed our dinner there.

Thanks everyone, but does anyone remember what the menu's looked like? Or any pictures of the place?

They used to bring celebration cakes to the table in a basket that had balloons tied to it. The seating area was small, by WDW standards. This was one of the first restaurants that used the light-up pagers that notified you that your table was ready, at least in our experience.
