Hi ladies, I have some questions about timing/schedules and would like your opinions.

DF and I would like to do the MK photos, which I understand would take place around 6am.

We're planning an Intimate at the Wedding Pavilion and then dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

We're also planning on hiring Randy Chapman to do our photos during the ceremony and reception. We'd also like some posed formal shots, but we don't need him to be at the dinner.

I'd like to minimize the waiting-around-time, which leads me to believe a 2:30pm ceremony would work. We could have the ceremony, take pictures, and then head over for dinner around 5.

However, what am I supposed to do in between the MK photos and the ceremony? My MOH will require assistance getting ready (she had an accident last year that left her paralyzed), so I'll be getting her dressed and doing her hair/makeup, but that won't take more than an hour or two.

Would it make more sense to do the MK photos the next morning? I'm hesitant to do this because I think we'll be SUPER tired and the last thing I'm going to want to do is get up early. Plus, will my hair and makeup still look ok?

Help?

I am so sorry to hear about your MOH. DF and I asked the same questions about the MK photo shoot. We have a 730 pm wedding and a 4 hour reception following. We knew we would be exhausted for pics the next morning, but didn't want to see each other before the wedding. They said we could do it the following morning. Hope this helps and good luck!
