I need two more ADR for vegetarians

Hey I am working on plans for a trip to Disney in September. Two vegetarians. I need to make 6 ADR's and right now I have 4 planned. We will be on the dining plan. Can any vegetarians out there give me some ideas for 2 more?? We have already eaten at 50's Prime Time, Coral Reef, Les Chef de France, Raglan Road, and 'Ohana. We are trying to plan to eat all new places we've never tried before.

So far I have:
1. Boma
2. Crystal Palace
3. Mama Melrose
4. Rose & Crown

I am really looking for a good veggie meal at Downtown Disney and one more in or near Epcot or Magic Kingdom. Thanks for your help.

2. Crystal Palace Hopefully this is a Lunch or Dinner, vegetarian options are excellent then. You can get an excellent breakfast at any character meal.
3. Mama Melrose
4. Rose & Crown

1900 Park Fare should has some options at Dinner (cheese lasagna, cous cous, etc.)
Take a look at the menus for the Grand Floridian Cafe and the Plaza.

I really like the veggie pasta with pesto at Akershus in Epcot. They always have a selection of salads and bread. It makes a good meal for me.

Restaurant Marrakesh, Coral Reef, and Tepenedo all make nice vegetarian dishes. Any restaurant will accommodate them but I've had the best Epcot meals at those 3.
