I need time off :(

Hey TBers..

I have some sad news.

I'm not going to be on the DIS much this weekend and possibly next week. There's been, a family emergancy.

My "aunt" (not really my aunt but very close family friend) sadly is passing away. We don't know how long it might be and I really need to take time off. This is actually my first time dealing with death so in addition it's very hard understanding.

It's hitting me all really fast and I'm trying to comprehend it but I'm having trouble so I need to be with my family.

And with my pageant coming up, that's even more stressful. My mom is really close with my aunt so she has to fly out to California, she might miss the pageant

And their family is having difficulties too. They have triplets and the parents are divorced. So my mom is trying to get the dad to come out and be with my aunt so that the kids are taken care of. It's all just awful.

This is all just really sad so I'm going to miss you all but need to be away from the DIS for a while. I need to work some things out for myself.

So I'll miss you all <3 Bye.

I learned the concept of death at a young age. I cut my teeth on caskets. sadly, not everyone has been as exposed as I am. I missed the shock of it, because I was so young, it didn't hit me like this is hitting you.

but i've been to more funerals than I have any right. If you need help/if you have any questions about whats goign to happen/if you just want to talk, pm me. i'd love to talk to you.
