I am going to be there this Sunday. We are staying onsite for the early entry into WWOHP (the reason we are going). I have two 13 yo girls who will not do the huge roller coasters but will do things like the mummy. We want to visit both parks in one day. What should we particularly focus on? Touring suggestions would be welcome as well. We will do WWOHP first thing, but I am lost after that. :confused3

After WWoHP I would head back toward Suess Landing. Do Cat in the Hat. Then do Spiderman and Dr. Doom. Walk through Toon Lagoon and do the Jurassic Park River Adventure. I would then head over to Universal. Do Mummy, Men in Black, Simpsons, ET and Shrek. Then head back to IOA to do the water rides and Forbidden Journey again if time permits. You'll have to squeeze lunch in there somewhere.

I thought since the early entry was at 7 am, the parks close at 10:00 pm, we should have time to do all that (and take a little break mid-day).

Thank you.

I would suggest doing WWoHP since you have early entry and then head over to the Studios. Do the things you want to do there and then head somewhere for lunch. And since you will have unlimited Express access wait times should not be a concern. Definitely plan to see WWoHP after dark since the crowds will have thinned out by then and there is something almost otherworldly about the area after dark...very cool!

i had to talk my 12 year old son into trying IOA because he just couldnt see liking something better than disney.... so last sumemr we headed over to IOA for teh day and now gues what we re doing this sumemr...going back because he loved and is now his favorite park in orlando

:thumbsup2

Since you have early entry and the park is open late, you should be able to see most stuff. Wizarding World is amazing when it is dark! If you are doing the water rides, try to do them in the heat of the day because you will be soaked!!!

This sounds good except maybe we will do Spiderman before heading off to the Studios since that one is open early as well. If we are there at 7, I think we should be able to do Ollivander's and the rides as well as walk around Hogsmead in under an hour. If we plan to come back in the evening, maybe we can rush through it a bit in the morning. Does that make sense? I am still trying to plan it all out.

Do the Express Access lines ever back up significantly, like the fast pass lines do at Disney?

Express lines are usually 15 minutes tops unless the ride has a malfunction.

sounds like some good advice has been given to you.

the only thing i can add is you probably would want to finish up the studio portion by early evening, then head back to ioa.

the concert at the studios doesn't start until 9:30 saturday night. there will probably be more crowds there in the early evening catching the rides before the show begins.

do take in harry potter in the evening.
it's beautiful at nighttime with all the lights.
