I need some help

Ok I have been playing this game for two whole days with little problems, now I can't log on for nothing!! I have been trying all day!! I have reinstalled the shockwave and still nothing- the screen is black with the vmk logo with the bar filling up all the way up and still nothing WHAT am I doing wrong! I even went to the vmk website under the help tab and says to install shockwave, which has been done the one thing I haven't done is to delet my temp internet files-which I don't know how to do! HELP- please I'm addicted to this game!!

don't panic

First the best program I know of to delete Temps is

KILLBOX


if you do not want to download a program to do this just left click on your Internet Explorer Icon and then select properties then delete file and delete cookies although it will not do a good a job as KillBox

after you do this do not close out the window you have open for VMK just hit the double arrows or refesh you may have to refresh more than once

Let me know if that does not do it and we will go from there....

I did what you said first I went through internet explorer and still nothing and then I downloaded the killbox thing and done what I thought it said to do and still nothing! I don't get how I could be playing and now I can't

Game loading, which was usually very fast for me before, has been slooow the last few days! Are you giving it a real good amount of time to load? A couple of times I was about to exit and try again, but then thought to just give it some time and it does end up loading.

Moving between rooms in the game has been taking a long time lately too.

I load the game and then I go do house work and come back after awhile and it is still the same I also hit refresh a few times and even tried shutting down computer and starting over--I guess it is just me!

Have you tried the Mozilla Firefox browser? Since the time I found Firefox, I hardly Ever use IE!
Don't know if it would help with your problem, but it's a good thought!
