I Need some help

I remember seeing somewhere a picture of Mike from monsters inc and it said I can't belive my eye and something about a surprise trip. I have tried to find it because I would love to use this for our surprise Disney trip in Dec. Can somebody plese help me?

Rumblytumbly has one with the Blue Monster & the Green eye; I think one says something like "I scream you scream we all scream for WDW" or something of the sort. check out her photobucket (she's not designing any longer).
