I would go to Bern's Steak House. I first went there when I was in Tampa in 1979 on a business trip. Although I live over 80 miles away I have been there twice in the last year. Check them out here http://www.bernssteakhouse.com/. Note the menu prices are for a full meal which includes soup, salad entree and side dishes.

We went to the Columbia Restaurant down in Ybor City for mine. It's awesome! It's what Ybor used to be. Their website is http://www.columbiarestaurant.com/ybor.asp It's the original one
