I need some experts to help me with our plans for MK day?

I just need help for our magic kingdom day. Here is my problem I got a fastpass for SDMT so I thought it was for 10:00 am - 11:00 am but after I looked yesterday I noticed it was for 10:00PM- 11:00PM not am ! So now I'm frustrated because we wont be able to try for any extra fastpasses.

My question is should we keep the 10:00pm-11:00pm fastpass for SDMT and hope we will be able to get an earlier one or should we cancel it and get a fastpass for something else and hope to ride SDMT at rope drop or after the fireworks ? Oh yeah I forgot to tell you this is on SDMT opening day which is making it worse and we will only be able to go to MK that one day.

If anyone has any other ideas please let me know, any ideas are welcome

ETWB 11:00am - 12:00pm
BTMR 3:00pm-4:00pm
SDMT 10:00pm-11:00pm

I would keep the FP, do rope drop, and try to change BTMR or Peter Pan if you intend to do Peter Pan.

Also you can keep trying to move the 7DMT up, but I would not release it under any circumstances.

Ok thanks, yeah I was thinking once people start using their fastpasses that day wont that release a few for us to grab for SDMT ? Or does it work that way ?

Anyone know if they give out more fastpasses when some are used at the park that day ?
If anyone else has any ideas or plans for me please post them
