I need information please

Ok so.. Today I took out my handy dandy sketch pad and for the first time in a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG time I start to free-hand draw a picture of Belle that I found... ( I was looking at the picture and drew it..) It was pretty good.. My point in all of this is, does anyone know how you get into Disney Animation? How good of a job is it? Its like What if this is what i want to do with my life? Yet I have no information on it once so ever, and was wondering if any of you have any information to share. Thanks!

The job can vary. My suggestion to you is if you are in college or going into college, do the CP at WDW or DLR and take an interest in the area of animation. Take an internship there. From that you will learn the specifics of it. (If you are truly interested)

There are many sites online that talk about Disney related careers, do some searching.

There are A LOT of reliable and excellent sites online about Imagineering. For a little while this summer I was seriously considering getting into that career field. However, the salary I was looking at would require I marry I very wealthy man! lol.

I am a high school student trying to figure out my choices.. And am highly considering animation yet i know nothing about it as i have stated.. ive tried to do some searching but so far haven't found anything that is really helpful. At this point im just a confused 16 year old... Yea seems like a long way away doesn't it? 2 years.. that really isn't all that long if you think logically about it.. that is 2 years to decide what i want to do with the rest of my life....

actually.. there are some people who still don't know what they want to do with their life. my aunt, 36, is going back to college to get a different degree...

but i know how you feel..
i have yet to decide what i am going to be and i turn 16 on wed.
so that means 2 more years after 10th grade to figure out what career field i want to be in.
