I need ideas: What do you keep in your WW pantry?

on the cereal - I measure it out into 2 pt baggies (thank you KathyTX for this tip, I do it so often now) I sometimes just eat out of the bag but also add to yogurt too.

and for the no pudge I mix 1 serving in a microwave safe bowl, defrost some berries and put on top of brownie and add a dollop of cool whip - DH even thinks this one is good!

Can't wait for some fresh veggies and fruits in Ohio !

Oh, I love the tip about premeasured cereal in baggies. That's always handy to have in my purse if I'm on the go all day.

I LOVE the no pudge brownie and ff cool whip, but love the idea about the frozen berries with it

My new favorite quick chocolate fix: jello sugar free pudding cups made with Splenda. They weigh in at 60 cal., 1.5 grams of fat and 1 gram of fiber, so they are 1 point!!!!! And very yummy!

WOW! Over 5 months since this was last bumped! This is always a great reminder, and update as well with *new* products, for our newly joined WWs! :sunny: (and Maintainers as well ;) )

My only new additions would be the expanding line of Nabisco 100 cal snack bags (2pts) as well as the other brand (can't think of it) that has Chips Deluxe and a couple other choices, as well as WW Cookies & Cream ice cream bars (not sure those are new, but they ARE YUMMO)! Edy's whipped, or grand light, are also very good. Mind you, I only buy these items when they're on sale, as they're expensive otherwise. Who said losing weight came cheap? :confused3 ;)

Onward and Downward! :cheer2:

Hi, Dalpa & welcome! No Pudge Brownies are a brownie mix that is typically found in the baking aisle. They sell the boxes at Trader Joe's as well. I think the only thing you add to the mix is non-fat yogurt. The mix comes in regular chocolate flavor and in other flavors like raspberry and cappucino and mint, I think. I like to add flavored light yogurt to the traditional chocolate mix. Strawberry yogurt or black cherry works really well. :teeth: I don't remember how many points per brownie (depends on how big you make them!), but they are very chewy/gooey and chocolately. YUM!!!!

Well, my latest addition to this list are Glenny's low fat soy crisps. a whole bag of them is 2-3 points and very crunchy and flavorful and satisfying. I have had the plain, cheddar, barbecue & cool ranch and all are delicious. While in NY Sunday night we found this same brand of soy candy bars. It was a crispy kind of bar (soy, probably) topped with chocolate coating (or maybe carob, not sure) -- they were 60 calories and very satisfying as a substitute for a candy bar. As a matter of fact, I gave DH a bite and then asked him if he liked it and wanted more, and ended up splitting it with him, unexpectedly. So, even though my taste buds might not be as discerning, it passed his more finicky taste, too! :flower:

I also just bought some of the new Take Heart Oatmeal packets in maple flavor. They are 3 points but very very filling. I have some the weight control kind at home (banana bread flavor) and will try that soon, and let you know how it is and how many points.

I am bumping an oldie but goodie for the new WWer's out there.... :woohoo:

All greats ideas....thanks :) Here are my suggestions:

Laughing Cow light cheese 1 wedge = 1 point
Rice cakes = 1 point each
Slim a Bear ice cream sadnwiches = 2 points
One graham cracker split on half, spread FF cool whip on one half, put the other half on top, wrap and freeze for a few hours = 1 point
Fruit snacks = 1 point/pack
15 Light Lays chips = 1 point
5 dried apricots = 1 point

Thanks for bumping this! I gotta start making another shopping list, there are some great ideas here. Thanks!!

I had been meaning to bump this for weeks now! With all the newbies and returners!! Thanks!!! :goodvibes

My only addition is another 100 cal snack bag choice I found just today! The fudge striped cookies, mini-version. YUM, YUM, YUM! :yay: 2 points, worth it to crave a sweet tooth and chocolate fix. ;)

Wow what a great list! I am adding these to my food list that I have started.

Thanks you all!

OK Just started this week. My new favorite snack is the tastykake sensables sugar free chocolate chip finger cake. They are sooooooo good and have just 2 points. They taste way better then the itty bitty WW cakes. I cannot believe how nasty those cakse are. I bought the lemon ones and the icing was hard and they were so tiny. Oh Well, you have got to try the sensables..YUMMY.

A couple other things are..

cottage cheese-2-4 points
imitation bacon bits-0 points
gordan grilled fillets-2 points
white cheddar rice cakes-1 point
100 calorie popcorn bags-1 point
100 calorie packs cookies/cheez-its/gummies-2 points
100 calorie pringle packs-2 points
rold gold pretzel sticks-2 points for 48
WW choco chip cookie dough sundea-3 points
total cereal- 0 points
sunchips(garden salsa flavor)-3 points for 15
hellman's dijonnaise-0 points...taste awesome in tuna

that's all I can think of right now...keep the ideas coming. I have to weigh in Saturday, then I am going shopping, so i am going to print this out and take it with me. Thanks everyone, and good luck to all!!!

Just found Shortbread ones the other day as well. Yum. I'm also a sucker for the new WW blueberry muffins (3 points) and the 1-point lemon cakes -- I've tried the carrot and chocolate, too, but I don't like those as much as the lemon.

Also Fat Free Fig Newtons -- the single serve packs are 3 points.
Natural Ovens breads and bagels are really good -- very high fiber.

What a great thread!
I saw a mention of these earlier, but the important details seem to have been omitted.
Vitalicious makes baked goods. I can only vouch for their VitaMuffins. They come in flavors like blueberry bran and cranberry bran, and those are pretty tasty. However, they make a deep chocolate muffin (chocolate w/chocolate chips). I looooove these! I buy the 4-packs of the 2-oz muffins when they go on sale. Each muffin is (IIRC) only one point. I've seen them in the frozen foods section of the natural foods section of Stop & Shop and Shaws. I haven't seen the 4-pks in my local Whole Foods, but I have seen the 4-oz muffins sold individually there (thawed and over by the prepackaged vegan baked goods).

Jay's fat-free pretzel sticks are 1 point for 30 (60 for 2 points!). ;) That's a nightly snack for me. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the additions!

This thread continues to be great! :thumbsup2

P.S. I've got a funny one re: weighing-in that I'll try and find and bump it up! ;) (It started serious, really :lmao: )

They carry them at Dominick's -- by the Enteman's stuff. At my Dominick's its just on a table near the dairy -- kind of in the middle of the aisle.

It's hit or miss which flavors they have. Chocolate seems pretty constant, but lemon and carrot will show up every few weeks.

I use McCormick...I think...but weight watchers.com says any are 0 points for 1 TSP.

Jolly Pop 94% FF mini bags are 1 point for a whole bag
