I need ideas Please!

I have helped my bil to organise a special 50th birthday surprise trip to Florida for my sil! They are leaving this coming Friday for 8 days.(her birthday is on Saturday!) They will be staying in the Grand floridian for 4 nights and then onto a villa for the other 4 nights! She has always wanted to stay at GF and her dream is now coming true!
So far I have booked the portrait session for her and I am going to book a meal there and have a cake made.
Has anyone got any other ideas of things that we can do? I am ordering her an ornament but my mil wants me to find a pressie on behalf of her as well but I am stuck as what else to get.Sil loves anything to do with Snow White.
I know a while back there was a thread on special occassions at wdw ike cakes, but what else is there that we can do??
I would really appreciate any ideas please guys!

What about one of the behind the scenes tours, a carriage ride around Fort Wilderness or a Spa treatment???

Have you had a look at www.disneyflorist.com ! They offer a lot of different gift baskets - not sure if they take character requests but they could do a Snow White theme

What about getting her some art and having it delivered to the hotel? what about contacting Feralpeg i think she has restarted her baskets of goodies again, she replied to the thread about Joshua,the boy with cancer, that Simon V started the other day, and if i knew how to post links i would , i have read about Feralpeg on the US threads .
