You can purchase the tickets as soon as they become available. Both are available now and have been for a few weeks.

You can buy the tickets as soon as they are announced, TY it was end of April.

PS for LTT can be made at the time of Ticket purchase, anything else is 90 days prior.

You cannot get the Tickets before they are announced (like for next year)
