I thought I understood it but now I'm second guessing myself thinking I made too many ressies for table service and my hubby is gonna freak out! lol I understood it to be 3 meals a day per guest and they can all be TS if you want, plus snacks and drinks. They also mentioned a mug?

Is this right or am I nuts? I really need to figure this out!

All deluxe credits are considered "meal credits" and can be used for either TS meals or CS meals, guest's choice. Since you are allotted 3 meal credits per night of your stay, you could conceivably use them for 3 TS meals per day if you pick restaurants that cost only 1 credit.

Signature restaurants, CRT and dinner shows will still cost 2 credits.

Deluxe plan also includes 2 snack credits per night of your stay, and one refillable resort mug per person.

well that's a relief! For a second there I thought I was going nuts making all these TS ressies when I should have been making 1 per day. I couldn't find info in the fact thread about the delux plan just the basic one. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place. Thanks so much!

And it's not really 1 TS a day on the basic, it's 1 TS credit allotted per NIGHT of your resort stay.

Ok so with the delux it's 3 meal credits per night of your stay so basically on the day we leave we have whatever credits are left? The night we arrive is when they start?

I'm getting confused again. I'm sorry I have never been good at understanding this stuff so that's why I am doing my homework before I go!

The dining credits become active when you check in and receive your room key (which you can do even if your room is not yet ready). They will expire at midnight of your checkout day, so you should plan to use them all by then.

For a 7 NIGHT stay on the deluxe plan (you must count the nights of your stay, not the days) you would have 21 meal credits per person and 14 snack credits per person.

Ok so we check in the 10 and check out the 16th so that's actually only 18 meal credits right? Thanks! You're awesome.

That is correct, you are staying 6 nights. Each person would have a total of 18 meal credits and 12 snack credits.

Party members age 10 and over are allotted adult credits, and children 3-9 get child credits. Your key card will show how many children and adults are on your reservation.

Allotment by nights is based on official check in time not being generally until 3:00 pm or later, and check out time by 11:00 am.
If you are concerned with having too many sit down meals you could always have a 2 credit (pp) meal. For example, a breakfast sit down meal, snacks during the day, and then a sit down dinner at a 2 credit pp restaurant.
You could have breakfast at Kona Cafe, snacks later, and then dinner at CA Grille. Something along that line. And you may be able to dine at places you normally would not. At least that way some days could be two sit downs, rather than trying to shove in three each day.
