I would politely mention your issue when you check in. You probable will not get to use your unused extras but the cm might offer something as compensation. You might have better look trying at one of the customer service locations at the parks. On one of my trips when I checked in I ask to purchase e-ride night tickets for tuesday night of my stay and the cm added them to my total and handed me the tickets. I went to the room, dropped my stuff, put the tickets in the safe and never thought about them until Tuesday. Tuesday night I pulled them out of the safe and
headed to the MK. We were all so excited as this was our first e-ride night. Upon arriving at the MK you are to go to town hall to receive a wrist band to wear to the do not try to make you leave the park as the escort non e-ride night people out.
Well when I hand the tickets to the cm he looks at them then at me with a strange look on his face and said, "These were for last night". I just about bust into tears! I thought I was out the money for the tickets and had missed the last chance for an
e-ride night as we were leaving the next day. Well, to my surprise he refunded the money we had spent on the tickets, then he gave each of us a $10.00 credit to spend at the candy store on main street. He apologized that the cm at the resort did
not correct me when I ask for the tickets for Tuesday when in fact the e-ride night was Monday. I felt bad that I didn't look at the tickets when she handed them to me and realized that they were for Monday. I feel the cm at town hall went way beyond what I would have expected. Anywhere else on earth, I would have been told, "sorry should have looked at you ticket" and sent away.
But Disney World is the greatest!
So - It might not hurt for you to ask. Go with the expectation that you won't get
anything and you might be pleasantly surprised.
