Marinate in Italian dressing and either bake or grill. They are wonderful. I use Kraft Zesty Italian.

This is our exact dinner tonight. Yum

There are so many great ideas here. I'll print this thread out for future dinners.

We like lemon pepper. We either use the liquid maranade, or stuff in a jar (spice section). I also love fish with lemon pepper.

::yes:: Lawry's makes a great lemon pepper marinade! Very yummy!

mmmm...chicken caccitori (sp?): saute the chicken breast (I use boneless strips) until almost done. Saute a sliced onion - put them in a skillet together with a can of chopped tomatoes & simmer for 1/2 hour. I ususally cook up a little bit of angel hair pasta to go with it.

Hi

I just made this one up the other day and the kids loved it.

I took the chicken and cubed it and stir fried it with Italian Dressing ( I only used what I had left about a 1/4 of the bottle maybe less.

Then I sliced up some ham and swiss cheese in strips and added that.

Then I tossed in ziti and served it with broccoli on the side.

I called it Chicken Cordon Blue Pasta.

I hope you like.

One question: How long do they have to marinade?

Probably too late for this but chicken really only needs to be marinated 15-30 minutes. Any longer than that and the meat starts to get mushy.
