I need it to be a dragon red or white and animated with fire coming out of its mouth not animated will be looked at but I like animated ones the best my favorite color is red or green and I want the words to flash if animated

Yeah, it is very hard to get a moving avatar in. Even the most simple of ones don't make through. Usually.

Even if someone is able to do all that animation, it's incredibly likely that it won't fit within the size limits. Do you know how to check if it fits the limits? You right click on the image then click on Properties. The size needs to be lower than 100 x 100 pixels and it needs to be smaller than 4KB. A looooot of the posts in Mal's main thread were way over 4KB, so it makes me wonder if everyone knows how to check their image sizes.

Also, I should note that even if you TRY to put something through on your avatar that's more than 4KB it just won't even let you load it up.

But anyway, the more animation you do, the more size it takes up. So unless it's really simple animation and the person knows how to decrease the file size significantly...the stuff with a lot of animation is not going to fit in your avatar. It would work for your sig, most likely, but not the avatar. Sorry. :-(
