I've been searching for a contact name or position @ HRH to make a room request. I'm running out of time, & have given up on finding the info. with the search function. I've found lots of posts about people making the request. Unfortunately, none of them said who they made the request to. I wanted to call, when 1st shift was in, but I've obviously missed the boat on that one. :guilty: We leave Sun, so we have to call this evening or tomorrow. Could someone please share a name or at least a position we should ask to speak to? I would really appreciate it. :)

Just fax the hotel. You can get the number on the Loews Hotels site.

Chris Garcia, dont know if he's still there.

Thanks for the name. Do you know what his position is, in case he isn't there & we need to ask to speak to someone in that position? Thanks again :)

It's never too late to send a fax it goes directly to the hotel. Chris is the Loews First manager and he has always treated me right. Since you have Molly with you I would just call (you dont need to speak to anyone specific) and request the nicest view they suggest that allows pets. When you check in ask again. Just call put your # on your reservation and request a nice view and whatever floor you may want.

Oh well, he called & was told that all pet rooms are now on the 1st floor as of this week. Just our luck. If we'd known that, we wouldn't have paid extra for the Pool View. Lesson learned.

tarheelmjfan, I'm paying for water(harbor) view at PBH. When I talked with them they said I'd get that view, as much as possible with a first floor room. I'm confused now. I guess I could request a veranda/patio since it's a first floor?

We've never stayed on the 1st floor of any of the resort, so I don't really know 1st hand what the view is like. I'm just going by what I've read on here. The 1st floor @ HRH supposedly has so much foliage that you can't really see anything.

I don't remember this being a problem at PBH, but to be honest, I've never really noticed it at HRH either. I guess you need to be staying in one of those rooms to get a real feel for the view. I'm thinking the "as much as possible" statement means that most of the rooms don't have a clear view. I'll hope for your sake that I'm wrong. :)

Me too. Enjoy your trip and let me know, either by PM or email, how it goes. Since we're committed to taking Scruffy now I'm eager for any info I can get!:)
