I need a back-up plan!

It has become tradition for me, my mom, and my best friend to go to tea at the Grand while we are in Orlando/Disney. Unfortunately, I can't get an ADR for our upcoming trip. There wasn't a single time available Dec. 3 - 8! It just breaks my heart to think we won't be able to carry on our tradition and we are all going to miss the delicious tea and treats! Any ideas for something else we can try and book? I am still going to call and hope for a tea time, but I would like to have some "girl time" scheduled for sure in case tea doesn't work out. Is there anyting on property with a similar vibe (intimate yet fun feeling and good food)?

I would appreciate any and all suggestions!

I love that you do this with your Mom and friend I travel every December with my Mom and my Aunt and her Mom. Our little tradition is just the doing the Candlelight Dinner package. Keep trying for your tea you never know what will open up - maybe you could do the spa at the GF ...get a pedicure or a facial

I would keep trying for ADR's. You never know when someone is going to cancel. You could even call while you are there to get a last minute slot. Keep trying!!

Sorry, I can't think of anything to do as replacement...but hopefully you can get your ADR!

i would also suggest just showing up when they open at 2pm...we had an ADR, but when we got there, it was like a ghost town! good luck!

I heard on these boards that sometimes when there isn't room for a party of 3 there is room for a party of 4. Could "someone" join you. I hear if they aren't feeling well and need to skip the ADR, it is not generally a problem.

2) Better alternatives are Afternoon Tea(s) just a taxi ride away.
