My SO is in construction. I've never seen him in a suit OR tie. Personally, I like guys in uniform.

Actually, though, if it weren't for going weddings, I'd never see my DH in a suit either. Wearing a tie is not his thing. He blames it on having to wear a uniform to Catholic school (went through grammar all the way to high school).
