Arrived home at 3:30 am this morning from a wonderful stay at BCV. We were there for my sisters Disney wedding and it was beautiful in every way!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor - room 452. We had an Epcot view which was very nice. However, it was an extremely long walk from the elevator! At the end of the night or even walking back from the pool, its a hike! With small children or older adults, the added walking adds up.
Next time, I may ask for a pool view. The road noise was loud in the morning. It wasnt an issue for me but it was noticeable.
We only used the quiet pool once and I noticed it was never crowded. Everyone is at Stormalong Bay. What a great pool! We found ourselves having more pool time this trip because we love that pool so much.Beaches and Cream was convenient to get a burger while at the pool and the pool sncak bar was good as well.There is construction going on at SAB but it wasnt annoying in any way.
Location of BCV is wonderful. Takes just minutes to walk to Epcot- walking is quicker than the boat.
I never noticed any type of sensor problems with the AC. It actually got very cold in the middle of the night.
The only negatives I have are the bus service. Why do all those resorts(Swan, Dolphin, Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach) share buses? The buses were always horribly crowded. We got on a bus going to the Halloween party at MK and after all the stops we made, it was standing room only. The bus driver stopped short(he didnt see a golf cart coming) and everyone standing went flying foward. It was scary and I see the potential for serious injury when people stand on the bus.Why cant there be bus service for Yacht & Beach and the villas only?
