I seem so have this stupid mentality, "I'm 15. And I'm totally out of shape. I'm just going to stay this way forever, so pass the cheetos!" or "Like 50 crunches now is going to help me any." I just can't seem to be able to wait for the results. I do what makes me happy at the time. I'm so mad at myself right now :guilty:
 
Megan - don't be so hard on yourself. I admire you for making the effort to lose wieght and get healthier. At this point, you are you own worst enemy as far as sabotaging your efforts. Take it one step at a time. You have made progress with the 7 lb loss. Keep up the good work
 
I was once in your shoes--it doesn't happen overnight--it really doesn't. Hang in there and come here for support. And the number of crunches doesn't matter--it's the quality of the ones you do. As my Physical therapist has been telling me--5 good cruches is better than 10 bad ones :)

Take it slow---slow loss has better success at staying lost. Quick loss as a greater success of being found again :)
