Go to docs.google.com, sign in with you gmail account (or quickly create a new one), and post it there. Then you can simply share it out and post the URL link to it! Or, e-mail it to me and I can do it for you.

The best advice I could give for anyone planning a trip in great detail is to erase at least half of everything you have and stick to the basics only. Plan which park on what day, plan only the full-service meals, and know the schedule of parades and shows. Planning any greater detail will lead to disappointment when your timing gets off. Good luck.
