Me too. Although it's actually my dad's recipe. I would like to find a brown gravy recipe to go with it though. I can't stand the tomato based recipes that get slathered on restaurant meatloafs. Probably why I hate them.

Lately I’ve been making mine with ground bison. I use Ina Garten’s recipe and scale it down depending on how many servings are needed. I like to form individual meatloaves on a sheet pan. Easy to serve! I do the ketchup/mustard/brown sugar blend for the topping. I’ve even cooked tiny meatloaves in a muffin tin.
