hi
just trying to get train tickets sorted for going and for me the cheapest option is to get a ticket from p`boro to kings cross and back as singles ,the only problem is we`ll have to get the 9.30pm train from kings cross home,is an hour long enough to get off the eurostar and onto a train at kings x?
we`ll be getting a cab so thats not a problen but i think once the tickets are booked for this train time they have to be used for the 9.30 train so if i have to book a later one thats fine i just don`t want to risk getting stuck and having to buy new tickets?!!
thxs liz

I always give myself an hour to get from waterloo to kings cross. It's a straight journey which takes about 15 minutes on the northern line. However, I know that there is currently some engineering works on the northern line, and I'm not sure when you're going, so if you visit www.tfl.gov.uk and use the journey planner for your dates, it should tell you if you'll be affected by engineering works.

thanks for that,i think we should be ok as hopefully it shouldn`t be too busy at that time of eve?!!!
thanks liz
