I love Tupperware BUT

I bought some serenity candle holders to give as Christmas gifts. I was able to get some free candles from another purchase, so thought I would get the holders to go with them (and get my 800 points). Anyway, I have received 2 of the sets I ordered. One of the sets contained FOUR totally broken candle holders. I was soooo disappointed. The box was in great shape, and it was double boxed, but whoever put the bubble wrap around the candles did a poor job of it. They must have bounced around together and broken all together. I sent an email to Tupperware, so we'll see what they say. I really don't want to have to return them *at my expense* to get a refund of $4.99.... ugh. I think I will be sticking to plastic from tupperware.....

If the merchandise was damaged in shipping they will make you pay for returning it? I appreciate the heads up though. I was thinking about buying some of those but think I will pass now.

Don't know yet if they'll make me pay shipping or not to return them.... I wrote them put haven't heard back yet. We'll see....
They are really nice votive holders - very big and nice quality, but this box was really poorly packaged....
