I Love Tivo!

My DH tried to surprise me with Tivo last week....and before I even got a chance to come home and see it in action - he brought it back to the store!! He hooked it up and said the noise from the fan would drive him crazy....



Anyone else have a issue with fan noise???? I believe he got a Samsung box.

Wish he had never told me....*sigh* so close.....

I never noticed a noise from ours - of course - it's behind 2 glass doors.

I actually wanted to buy my DH one for his birthday in March...I sent him the link in an email asking "is this something you would be interested in? I'd like to get this for your for your birthday"

when I got home that day, he was installing it.

Living without Tivo is like living without caller ID. Once you've had it, you can never go back!

we have comcast cable and we bought our tivo at best buy. it's a phillips and i've never noticed any fan noise.
