I love Jetblue!!!

I just have to share about how great their customer service is! We had booked our airfare for our Nov trip when it first became available. There was only a choice of 2 flights coming home, the latest leaving Orlando @ 11am. I booked it but was annoyed cause that was like loosing a day. So, I always check the flights and they just added another flight leaving Orlando @ 7pm! It was also $20 cheaper per person. But if I changed it would be $45 fee per ticket. Well I am on hold with them now and they will do the change for me for FREE!! And issuing credits for the price difference! Oh, and we will all still be sitting next to eachother! I am so excited!!

I love JetBlue too...I use them whenever possible...the planes are fabulous and their customer service even better!

I'm a big JetBlue fan. They are the best airline out there, and their customer service is outstanding. If you're fare goes down even more, just give them a call and they will give you a credit to use on a future flight.

One time when I flew Jetblue, my flight was delayed for about an hour or two because their computer system was down, and the next day I had an e-mail from them giving me a $50 voucher for the delay.

I'm flying to Long Beach on Jet Blue next week, and to Orlando in Dec. I chose them whenever I can (especially after having headaches with Delta).

I feel your pain! We were going to go to WDW in April too for our kids spring break and were waiting for the fares too. Then when they came out I was shocked! $399 each one way! Well, we are going to Hilton Head instead and are driving.

We just flew for the 1st time out of BOS on JetBlue 9/17-9/27 and we were really impressed with the entire experience. We go back to WDW on 12/8 and once again will be flying JB.

I thought their planes were incredible.

Count me in for another fan of Jet Blue Customer service.
We were able to book 8 people in different cities In Ontario, for our March break trip, the first day the flights opened! Only one family booked on line, and Jet Blue make it soooo easy when it came to answering questions. The long and short of it is that I have 7 very happy people, thanking me for convincing them to book the first day, as our direct flight prices have more than doubled from SYR to MCO. We flew the same JetBlue non-stop flight last year and there is no comparison as USAir, Delta etc do not offer non-stop service. Jet Blue rocks!

I was another fan of Jet Blue. Their service is the best. HOWEVER their pricing for April is nothing short of price gouging! $700 RT from NY area to Florida 4/18-4/26. I waited and waited for them to finally release their schedule for April, all the while I could have booked Continental. Schedule comes out and..........WOW $700-$800 RT.
I will never wait for them again.
Lesson learned: when you see a price that is OK with you, buy it. Don't wait

I'm another Jet Blue fan. Last week they must have canceled our flight from Orlanda to JFK and put us on another flight so that we would make our connecting flight. I called them and the switched our flight to a later on and then on top of that let me switch our flight going to Orlando to a non-stop one and didn't charge us the $45 fee because that flight was not available when we booked. We did have to pay the difference for the flight but it is well worth it. Instead of leaving at 6am, which meant we needed to me out of the house by 4:30am, we leave at 8am and get in to Orlando 20 minutes earlier.
