My parents live in a very rural area. They have a game where they put "not quite garbage" out by the road and see how long it takes before someone takes it. I once took an old wooden high chair out, and I hadn't even made it back to the house when a woman came up and asked if she could take it! The people are all polite too as they almost always come up to the house and ask before they take the stuff.

LOL, maybe they have found their marketing niche because my wife is blind and she LOVES partylite candles.

Of course, she can't see light one way or the other any more but they do not bother her asthma like other candles do.
