We were supposed to work this weekend, but on Friday they cut it out of the schedule.
Me: Disney...?
Me: Disney...?

Did the Disney tickets get removed from UR portal?
Well I assume the snail gets time of for the Holidays? They work hard! They're delivering mail for USPS, UPS, FedEx... I actually wish they were delivering the Amazon stuff instead of those creepy white van people!Perhaps I wasn't being fair to the snails.![]()
We just had to search a few times until it popped up on the bottom as a suggestion for the disneyland tickets when I helped my mom get another ticket a couple days ago.Did the Disney tickets get removed from UR portal?
Just checked with my CSR...if you click on things to do...universal tickets, etc show up...select universal tickets...then scroll to the bottom...it shows Disney tickets..

Darn. I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t been keeping up with the blogs and just read about this one yesterday. Seems like it was a short-lived offer! At least the Barclays Arrival+ 70,000 bonus miles offer is still active. I wanted to wait until it’d been 60 days since my AA application (which is later this month) but maybe I should just go for it now. It’s been about 6 weeks.Looks like the Capital One Venture 75,000 bonus miles is gone. Back down to 50,000. Darn. I was waiting for mine to be approved before doing P2's. Should have just gone for it.
I took advantage of that deal also! So...much...cat food... lol. They actually forgot to send me one of the 24 packs ( Nutro max) so I had to call. The rep said wow, how many cats do you have? I said only 1I buy the same cat food (pate version). Chewy had an excellent deal a couple weeks back - especially combining with the Amex offer. I seem to recall a per can cost of 25 - 30 cents after all was said and done. I may have to change food though. We have a new kitten and I think the food might be too rich for him.
Closing cards makes no difference. Whats your 5/24 including store cards and AU accounts? The computer sees some store cards and it definitely sees AU accounts.Advice needed on my SW personal denial, for too many open accounts/too much available credit.
Not counting AMEX biz cards, that Chase can't see, I had 7 personal cards, 3 store cards, and 1 Chase Biz card.
So far I have closed 1 Visa with a 30k credit line, and reduced my Chase credit lines by 12900. So, 43900 reduced so far. I can reduce a couple of Amex cards a fair amount also.
My question is, do you think I need to close any more cards? I won't close the store cards, they don't have high limits and I have had them all for a very long time, 26 years on one of them. The only one I would consider closing is my no fee Amex Hilton, but because it has no fee, having it doesn't really bother me. But I could close if necessary.
I can also have myself removed as AU on Dh's Amex Delta, that would help as well?
Thanks for any advice!
I am 4/24, the issue was specifically "too many active accounts or too much available credit". My store cards are all at least 8 years old, so they are long past the 24 count.Closing cards makes no difference. Whats your 5/24 including store cards and AU accounts? People have speculated total credit across all issuers is an issue with Chase. I personally do not believe the evidence really supports that but to each their own. As far as Chase CLs go you want to have total Chase CL below 60k or 50% of your income I think is the general rule of thumb- whichever is lower, did you check that box? Store cards are too old to affect anything so you're clear there. Yes the AU is one of the 24. My Chase lines at the time of denial were only about 28% of reported income (now at about 17%, well assuming I have a job I guess).People have speculated total credit across all issuers is an issue with Chase. Bummer, have you already talked to lending and asked to have them shift credit from your other personal Chase cards to open this one? That's getting harder to do but definitely worth a shot since you've already taken the hard pull imho.Yes the AU is one of the 24. Yes, they would not do anything. They said they can't shift anything because the app was denied, so there is nothing to shift credit too. They would not budge.Bummer, have you already talked to lending and asked to have them shift credit from your other personal Chase cards to open this one? Dang. How many HUCA at this point? I tap out at 3 with Chase. When I reconned my way around an AU card I tried twice in the morning (very unsuccessfully) and then tried once more 8-9 hours later in an attempt to get a new shift of people and had a much nicer rep who got me approved.Yes, they would not do anything. only 1 HUCA with lending. I didn't think trying again would do me any good?Dang. How many HUCA at this point? I tap out at 3 with Chase. I agree with closing your AU DL card to pull back your available credit more. I wouldn't close the no fee Hilton if you think you'll keep the card around to age your accounts or find use for it, but I would cut that CL down as much as you can/want to when you're ready to try this app again. Not much else you can do![]()
