Is there any way I would be able to see the Together Forever show at 9:30 and then get over to Fantasmic for the 10:30 showing? Or is it pushing it? I recall reading somewhere (doc comments I think) that you need to be very careful with Costco as google express jacks up the prices. did you happen to notice any pricing differences? (Heck, if the coupon counters the price increase it would be worth it just to avoid the crowds!)

The items I bought were the same price online as in the store maybe with the exception of paper towels. With the 25% off I came out way ahead for stuff I needed anyway.

Yes it's possible. You won't get great viewing at Fantasmic but you'll still be able to see the show. Don't forget to pull a FP for Fantasmic during the day.

I would say that it's possible, but you wouldn't have a great seat at F!

I actually prefer to watch the fireworks at other locations of the park to avoid the crowds. There is an area right next to Rancho Del Zocalo that has a pretty good view of the fireworks and an area to sit.

Signed up for the Citi Biz AA card. Got a notify in 7-10 days of answer. Is this the same dreaded 7-10 days like Chase? Or do I have a shot? I was thinking I would have to call into verify identity as I have had to do that on the two AMEX cards. Maybe that is what it is, but would have expected a call, like I got from AMEX.

For my bank bonus peeps out there, DoC posted tons of state-specific bonuses this weekend, worth a look. (Unless you're a Californian like me, don't bother!) Also, they posted a new one for Salem Five that's nationwide but DPs are rolling in that it triggered a hard pull AND they are Chex sensitive- be very cautious with that one. Personally I'm passing as my Chex is solidly LOL/24 status these days and now that the hard pull DPs are rolling in $150 is definitely not worth it to me.

Yes. Bought $300 online last Monday. It arrived Thursday. Activation code came Saturday. 10% back posted by Friday. Will do two more this month.

I've bought a bunch of egiftcards online at Staples. They tend to arrive within 2-3 hours. $575 was the most I purchased at one time. The 10% Amex offer rebate appears within a few days. Very easy!

Ive done this once... made it even tighter, I did PTN, Fireworks, and then Fantasmic.
Fantasmic, we got there early enough to get the best view allowed with our fastpass ticket. We even stopped at the castle to take a picture between Fireworks and Fantasmic.

My Southwest annual fees posted recently so I called today for retention offers. For the premier I got offered a $100 statement credit. They said the credit could take 2-3 statements to post tho. I accepted that one since the annual fee is $99. I made a $1 for keeping it open lol. For the plus I got offered a $35 statement credit. Since the annual fee is $69 I cancelled that one. I called two separate times, but did the calls back to back.

I have to make these same calls soon. I'm waiting for my statement to close first. But, how do you word it? Do you just say you want to close the account and they offer the credit?

Do Vanilla’s work for MO at Wallyworld? I know the ones from Staples do but thought I read that Vanilla no longer work.

Vanilla i believe only works up to $50 at wally. There isnt a way to liquidate them currently.
Staples usually sells Meta/US Banks... i need to test those too but have been lazy in doing so.

edit: i take that back, there isnt an easy way to liquidate them currently.

We did both on the same night. We got FP's for the late Fantasmic show so I'd recommend doing that. We had great seating for the show!

I just made a big Costco run three days ago but liked a couple of items so much I was planning to go get more before their sale goes off. I looked at those items and a few other things to compare the pricing. It's literally like a 50/50...some items are the exact same SALE price as the current pricing plus the discount would make it an awesome deal. Some items are not on sale and a couple dollars higher. Couple examples:

Orgain protein powder- reg 29.99, sale 22.49 (same in store and on GE) I bought this in store so now I want it at another 25% off!!

Crumbled bacon- Store 9.99, GE 12.26

Cello Whisps- reg. 9.99, sale 7.49, 7.51 GE

Heinz org ketchup- reg 7.45, sale 5.45, 8.53 GE

Not sure how helpful any of this is to you. Definitely would need to know your regular prices or just be ok with the convenience of it all

We sat for F! In fact, a lady to the side of us wanted to stand and the CM made her sit. She argued with the CM and they told her she would either have to leave the area or sit. It got quite heated. People behind her were yelling. Never seen anything like that at WDW lol!
