I love credit cards so much! v7.0 - 2025 (see first page for add'l details)

New benefit for Chase Ink cards. Instacart+ membership/credit. Too bad I am way too cheap to use Instacart due to the upcharges on items. https://www.instacart.com/company/u...w-benefits-for-travelers-and-business-owners/

Edit: just realized it's $20 monthly, I had thought yearly. hmm would the $20 offset the upcharges? In some cases.
i can tell you that when i used this Instacart+ + was 11% more than Costco if you got enough credits, maybe it makes sense, not sure about other places, id imagine more. Im trying to figure out how many credits I have now maybe I start it up again. How do you apply it remove and add your card again?
they offered me to come back for 19$ for the year does it stack at the end?
edit ahh its a statement credit.

Thanks it's funny that they didn't bring it back to the CUR cards (except the inks) but I'm guessing that is because of the DD credits added on there.

It is really odd that they dropped them though in the first place and gave DD grocery credits instead on the CSR & CSP since Chase issues both InstaCart and DD credit cards.

So I got a WFH job starting in June. It'll be the first summer I've worked, well since HS! I'm hoping it's a good fit :). That said, I promised my kiddos a few trips. So now I'm trying to see if I can squeeze anything in this month. One would be a trip to SD to take my DD to the zoo. I guess my DS too if he wants to go. But it looks like it'll have to be super quick (2 nights), I'm looking at all the point/credit/etc options I have. So how does Cap1 work if I wanted to use my $300 credit there. I've never used the credit and I'm new to this, LOL.

Since we got YouTube TV last summer, we keep getting offers on various credit cards for $20 cash back. Amex gave DH $20 back for 3 months, several Chase cards had $20 back for one month, and I just got another offer on my Amex card for 2 months. Glad it is so easy to change the payment method on the account!
I really need to take over the payment for my mom. These kind of things used to be easy for her. Not anymore :( We share YouTube TV but she's on my phone plan, LOL.

When this was on the other cards, we were finding that Aldi for pick up was a very good use of the credit. The costs are slightly higher, but since there's no delivery fee or tipping for pick up, the $20 would more than offset the couple of cents per item that were higher on Instacart than in store. I guess I'll have to go activate this with my Ink cards now.

Thank you, I am going to look into this. I have an Aldi a mile away and there are a few things I buy there regularly.

Our Food Lion has in-store pricing (if other stores have this, it’ll be noted in the Instacart app) AND pickup. So I can order exactly the amount of the credit each month and get full value! Definitely good ways to use this credit if you look.

Has anyone tried adding $10 Uber credit for the Delta Amex monthly ride-sharing credit does it trigger it?
Figured I can try to add it for months I don't need it?

That's great! None of our local places that have in store pricing have pick up, so the slight premium with Aldi was our next best option. Awesome tip for folks in range of Food Lion!

Question on this. Do you have to have the Instcart+ to get the credit each month, so do you have to pay for membership after the first 3 months?

Assuming it’s like what they did with the CSR in the past Chase will continue to credit your account after your InstaCart+ is up. I think you can avoid most fees with pickup as others have mentioned if available in your area.

I’m not sure. I’ve never used Instacart. I’m sure more details will come out after people start using the benefit.

The ToC for this offer say: Ink Cash®, Ink Business Cash® and Ink Business Unlimited® cardmembers receive a $20 credit in your Instacart account each month you have an active Instacart+ membership after you activate your complimentary Chase Instacart+ membership on instacart.com/Chase from 5/1/2025 through 12/31/2027.

I know when I was doing it before with Chase, each card you added got you that many more months of the I+ free trial. So, hopefully, as long as you keep a CIC on there, you can then add up more I+ months with other Ink or co-brand cards to keep that $20 going.

That stinks so it seems like it is going to more like DoorDash then where you won’t earn points for the whole purchase with Chase crediting you like a Chase offer but instead a discount off the top which most likely won’t be stackable with other offers.

Thanks just read the complete terms. I was hoping for stacking as well but I’m not sure I would get an extra $20 credit every time I activated another ink card. Fingers crossed that we do. If not I guess I will just have 9 months of credits until I open another ink card.
