I agree with
@amcc, the park does a good job listing the trails as easy, moderate, and difficult, and for the most part we found it to be pretty accurate, as well as the time it stated that the hike would take (although we completed all the hikes in less time than stated, but if it was a family with kids then I think those times would be more spot on). One exception was an “easy” hike that we tried at 3pm, full sun, the first day. We got through it but was about to die… and that’s when we decided to heed the advice to hike early and late in the day, lol. We aren’t super “fit”, in fact my DH thinks hiking is “work”, but we were able to get through all of them that we started. I would definitely recommend the trip… and agree that it was a 10/10!
