Just checked the status line for P2 CIC that I uploaded docs for. Got the 7-10 day message. I guess we will not have such an MSR to meet. But I have taxes due next months so will still need another card LOL.

Is anyone having trouble with Chase Ink support links? For the past few days when I click the link to apply, it would pop up an "offer unavailable" message.

My links aren't working either, I've seen a couple of the same posts on Reddit.

Quick question: I need to book a flight on KLM. AmEx has a 25% transfer bonus to Flying Blue. Will it be hard to book the KLM tickets from the Flying Blue website? I'd hate to transfer the points and not be able to book the KLM flight.

Use the KLM app, the website is horrible. I would use the app for research before you transfer points, also I always check both KLM & Air France apps. They have different pricing.

It's been awhile since I've used the priority pass in a restaurant that gets you the $28 per person credit (up to 2). Do we just show them the priority pass card and then pay with the CSR? Or do we pay with the priority pass card and it's linked to our CSR?

My GE card just arrived in the mail, but I previous had TSA Precheck so I think I understood that my old Known Traveler Number is no good any more.
If I have an existing plane reservation with my "old" KTN, do I need to change that? I had the KTN saved to my Delta profile when I made the plane reservation.

Yes. It should be fine to just go in and update it on your profile. Easier to do on the website than the app.

My CIC was approved almost instantly. Got the "we're reviewing your information" message but when I logged into my account I see the card there. Should be here in time to pay taxes. Yippee.

Toying with replacing my van with a CR-V. I've got 160,000 miles on my van so I'm not comfortable driving it to MI/FL to visit my parents. And I can't really leave my dogs and can't fly with both of them. I hate the idea of a car payment though and the personal property taxes will be ridiculous. Ugh--it's hard trying to be frugal

Show your Priority Pass when you enter the restaurant. The host should generate a ticket of some sort for the server (I always tell the server that we will be using our Priority Pass); other times I show the Priority Pass to the server once we are seated (if the host doesn't process it) -- you should only pay the tip, unless you exceed the $28.00 pp credit. I am so sad that the restaurants that took the PP at Pearson are no longer part of the network

Thank you - ours still takes it, but you can't be a dine in customer. You have to get your meal to go. I'm hoping we can find a good place to take it to eat. It's a pasta house, so it's a real meal. They do have pizza though, so may get that if it looks like we'll be eating on our laps lol

Just got an email that I was approved for the card and the credit limit was over $10k so clearly didn't need to shift any credit around. Very weird that it went for review and had to be further escalated before being approved.

Wanted to put that data point out there for others.

Chase prefers your total credit lines (business and personal) to be under 50% of your household income. I think there's a general $ limit they are comfortable with, but can't recall what that number is.

I too prefer to search on the AirFrance app and then book on the AF website, since it's so glitchy for real searching. But do compare AF to KLM to be sure points and taxes are the same. I saw some great 42k biz class fares through February, which is only like 33 MRs with the bonus, which is pretty sweet.

Having issues with them here, too. They worked a week ago when I used one, but DH has been trying to get a new card and all the links don't seem to be working. We really need the card soon, too.

Me, too. I guess there is no work around for this one. If it doesn't start working we may just get the card without the referral bonus, but that would be pretty sad.

Anyone see anything good on Dell.com for a non-gamer, non-PC family? I'm struggling to use up the credit this time around.

I purchased Bose noise cancelling ear buds. Game changer for me. I used to bring over the ear headphones every time I went to DHS. It’s the only way I can ride Tower of Terror (while listening to music from Guardians of the Galaxy) and not get sick. Actually discovered that when I rode Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout in DLR. I figured I’d do it once just to say I rode it and then be nauseous for a while afterwards. Imagine my surprise when there was no nausea. So DH suggested I try riding ToT back home with headphones. It worked. Anyhow, the ear buds are way more convenient to carry than headphones.

I think I've decided that I hate Membership Rewards. The redemption options really suck unless you're doing exclusively international business class flights. Convince me I'm wrong.

I do use MRs to transfer (during a bonus transfer offer preferred) for international flights in business or first. I would say I use them equally as much to purchase domestic flights in business/first with the 35% back on points benefit that come ms with the Business Platinum card. This gives a cpp value of 1.54. Of course if you have the Charles Schwab card you can cash out MRs at 1.1 cpp value. So there are other uses.

That's a known swa issue,has been that way for years. It should be fine with dl. If precheck isn't there when you check in online then call. They can unchecked you in and fix it.
